Where's Waldo scavenger hunt coordinator

Women & Children First Books in Andersonville is in need of someone immensely fun to coordinate our seventh annual neighborhood-wide Where's Waldo scavenger hunt.

The person who fills this role will:

-communicate with about 10 Andersonville independent businesses in early July to remind them of the rules of the game and drop off all supplies

-follow up with all businesses mid-July to ensure the game is running smoothly, and also pick up raffle prizes

-plan and host a Waldopalooza at the store in late July, which is typically attended by 40+ neighborhood children and their grown folks, and tends to get a little wild

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 

Prefer candidates with experience in informal education (after school classes, summer camp, etc) and/or children's literature 

Must be comfortable engaging a group of 40+ sugar-filled children ages 5-12
